Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to MiCodmc (by email to ers2023.hotels@micodmc.it).
In case of cancellation, MiCodmc will apply the following cancellation fees and will charge the following amounts:
- Up to and including 9 July, 2023: MiCodmc will charge €50 of the amount already paid for the stay.
- From 10 July, 2023 to 9 August, 2023 inclusive: MiCodmc will charge 30% of the amount already paid for the stay.
- From 10 August, 2023 to 23 August, 2023 inclusive: MiCodmc will charge 70% of the amount already paid for the stay.
- From 24 August, 2023: no refund is possible, including for changes, no shows and reduction of stay duration. MiCodmc will charge the total amount of the stay.
- In case of no shows, rooms will be released the following day at 09:00, and the accommodation will not be refunded.
Changes
- Name changes: name changes in hotel reservations that are notified in writing by e-mail, can be
made free of charge
- Invoice changes: changes to the invoice cannot be made
- Late arrival: in case of arrival 1 day later than originally reserved, please inform Micodmc to
guarantee the room
