Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to MiCodmc (by email to ICTAM2020.hotel@micodmc.it). In case of cancellation, MiCodmc will apply the following cancellation fees and will charge the following amounts:
- Up to and including 05 August 2021: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay.
- From 06 August 2021 to 13 August 2021 inclusive: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay, minus the cost for one night. 
- From 14 August 2021: No refund is possible, including for changes, no shows and reduction of stay duration
- In case of no shows, rooms will be released the following day at 09:00, and the accommodation will not be refunded.
