<0">Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing by email to MiCodmc.

In case of cancellation, MiCodmc will apply the following cancellation fees and will charge the following amounts:
- Up to and including 27/3/2021: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay, minus an administrative fee of € 20,00
- From 28/3/2021 to 25/4/2021 inclusive: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay, minus the cost for one night.
- From 26/4/2021 No refund is possible, including for changes, no shows and reduction of stay duration
- In case of no shows, rooms will be released the following day at 09:00, and the accommodation will not be refunded.
