Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to MiCodmc (by email to lamiera2021@micodmc.it). In case of cancellation, MiCodmc will apply the following cancellation fees and will charge the following amounts:
- Up to and including 31/10/2020: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay, minus an administrative fee of € 20,00
- From 01/11/2020 to 31/01/2021 inclusive: MiCodmc will refund you the amount already paid for the stay, minus the cost for one night.
- From 01/02/2020: No refund is possible, including for changes, no shows and reduction of stay duration
- In case of no shows, rooms will be released the following day at 09:00, and the accommodation will not be refunded.
